At Fiora Pets, we know that when you’re out of pet food or litter, you need it fast. We are committed to providing reliable, door-to-door delivery across Qatar to ensure your pets never have to wait.

1. Delivery Areas & Schedule

We deliver to all major residential and business areas across Qatar, including:

  • Doha Municipality: Al Dafna, Al Mirqab, The Pearl-Qatar, Mushaireb, Al Mansoura.
  • Al Rayyan Municipality: Al Gharafa, Education City, Al Waab, Muaither, Abu Samra
  • Al Daayen Municipality: Leabaib, Rawdat Al Hamama, Simaisma, Al Kheesa
  • Umm Salal Municipality: Al Kharaitiyat, Izghawa, Umm Ebairiya, Umm Al Amad
  • Al Khor Municipality: Simaisma (North), Al Dhakira, Rawdat Bakheela
  • Al Shamal Municipality: Al Zubarah, Al Ghariya, Fuwayrit
  • Al Shahaniya Municipality: Rawdat Rashed, Al Utouriya, Al Jumauliya
  • Al Wakrah Municipality: Ezdan Oasis, Al Mashaf, Sealine

Standard Delivery Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically delivered within 24–48 hours.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Free Delivery: We offer FREE delivery on all orders over 100 QAR.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat delivery fee of 20 QAR applies.

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to far-reaching northern or western areas may incur a small additional surcharge of 20 QAR.

3. Same-Day Delivery (Express)

Need it today? We offer Same-Day Express Delivery within Doha for orders placed before 11:00 AM for a flat fee of 35 QAR. 

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

To make shopping easier, we accept Cash on Delivery and Card on Delivery (via mobile POS) at no extra cost. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order and make the payment.

5. Heavy Items (Litter & Bulk Food)

Unlike many international retailers, we specialize in delivering heavy items. Our team handles the heavy lifting of 10kg–20kg bags of litter and food directly to your doorstep or apartment.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is out for delivery, our driver or courier partner will contact you via the phone number provided (usually via WhatsApp or a phone call) to coordinate the exact drop-off time.

7. Temperature-Controlled Handling

We understand the Qatar heat. All sensitive items, including certain supplements and wet foods, are stored and transported in climate-controlled environments to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
