Refund & Return Policy
At Fiora Pets, your satisfaction and your pet's happiness are our top priorities. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You have [7 or 14] days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Opened Food/Treats: We cannot accept returns on opened bags of food, treats, or milk replacers.

Hygiene Products: Used litter boxes, grooming tools, and beds cannot be returned once used.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional delivery cost to you.

Please include your Order Number and a photo of the item’s condition.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card).

Processing Time: Please allow [5-10] business days for the bank to process the refund.

Cash on Delivery: For COD orders, refunds may be issued as Store Credit for your next purchase.
6. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind (and not a faulty product), the customer will be responsible for the return delivery fee of 20 QAR.
