Subscription Policy
Welcome to the Fiora Pets Subscribe & Save program! Our subscription service is designed to make pet parenting easier by ensuring your pet’s essentials are delivered to your door in Qatar automatically, exactly when you need them.
1. How Subscriptions Work
When you choose the "Subscribe & Save" option on a product page, you are signing up for recurring deliveries. You can choose the frequency (e.g., every 2 weeks, every month, or every 2 months). By subscribing, you may receive a 5% discount on every recurring order.
2. Billing & Payments

Automatic Billing: Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on the day your order is processed.

Price Changes: If the price of a product changes, the new price will apply to your future subscription orders. We will notify you via email of any significant price changes before your next shipment.
3. Managing Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription through your Fiora Pets Account. You can:

Change the delivery frequency.

Update your shipping address or payment method.

Skip a delivery if you still have plenty of stock at home.
4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, please cancel at least [48 hours] before your next billing date. There are no hidden fees or contracts for canceling.
5. Out of Stock Items
If a product in your subscription is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately. We can either:

Delay the shipment until the item is back in stock.

Suggest a similar alternative.

Skip that specific delivery at no cost to you.
6. Combined Shipping
If you have multiple subscriptions, we will do our best to group them into a single delivery to minimize packaging and ensure your pet supplies arrive together.
